We offer repairs on a variety of roofs including shingles, tile, modified bitumen, built-up, single plies and standing seam.

When repairing a roof we always take the time to properly inspect the damaged area before proceeding. We only use products that are compatible with the roof system we are working on and take great care to maintain the existing look and functionality of the original roof system.

Plotting and pinpointing leaks on a sketch of the structure is an essential part of the process. When we approach a roof with multiple leaks we make it a point to keep track of all the leaking areas. By plotting all leaks we have a greater chance of identifying each source and pinpointing the leak once it is measured on the roof.

Hard to find leaks: Being able to stop a roof from leaking is the true measure of the skill and experience of the roof technician. At Wolverine Roofing we dedicate a great amount of our time to training our roof technicians to be skilled at the art of finding roof leaks. Not all leaks are equal, and it takes a special kind of training to be able to locate some hard-to-find leaks. Our approach is simple and is guided by logic, training, experience, and a great amount of intuition.

We take pride in the fact that we have been able to solve many of our customers long standing previously unsolved leaking problems. In many cases we have been able to repair these leaks for a fraction of the price quoted by other companies.
